Terms of Service

Website Grader is a website auditing tool operated by SoftPB Inc. The service analyzes websites across multiple categories - SEO, Performance, Mobile, Security, Accessibility, and Content - and provides a score from 0 to 100 along with actionable recommendations.

By accessing or using Website Grader at website‑grader.softpbinc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You may use basic scanning features without an account. To access full reports, you must provide a valid email address for authentication via magic link.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, as it is used for sign-in. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Free plan: Limited to 3 scans per day (anonymous) or 10 scans per day (signed in). Reports show top 3 issues per category.

Pro plan: EUR 29 per month, billed via Stripe. Includes unlimited scans, full reports with all issues and fix recommendations, site monitoring with weekly re-scans, email alerts on score changes, and PDF export.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit
• Attempt to overwhelm the service with automated or bulk requests
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the scanner
• Use scan results to harm, exploit, or attack the scanned websites
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Website Grader service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of SoftPB Inc. Scan reports generated for your websites belong to you, but the underlying scoring methodology and presentation remain our property.

Website Grader provides automated analysis based on publicly available data and industry best practices. Results are informational and should not be considered professional advice. We do our best to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all findings are complete or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftPB Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
